Egg diet

- Result: 8-10 lbs
You can lose up to 10 lbs. You have to eat 3 times a day and no snack and coffee (even without sugar and milk) between meals. Vegetables are used in a fresh or boiled kind, but without oil.
Monday
The first breakfast is always identical: a grapefruit, 2 eggs, black coffee.
The second breakfast: 2 eggs, tomato, herbal tea.
Dinner: 2 eggs, vinaigrette without oil, grapefruit, grassy tea.
Tuesday
The second breakfast: grapefruit, 2 eggs.
Dinner: fast meat, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, a celery.
Wednesday
The second breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach, tea.
Dinner: 2 eggs, cottage cheese, cabbage, beet, herbal tea.
Thursday
The second breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee.
Dinner: fish, vinaigrette, coffee.
Friday
The second breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee.
Dinner: fish, vinaigrette, cabbage, coffee;
Saturday
The second breakfast: fruit salad.
Dinner: beefsteak, celery, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, coffee.
Sunday
The second breakfast: grapefruit, cold chicken, tomato.
Dinner: chicken, tomato, carrots, cabbage, coffee.
