Egg+honey diet plan
The mix of an egg yolk with honey contains a large quantity of vitamins and mineral substances, and also necessary proteins and carbohydrates. The additional advantage will be brought by half of lemon which is required to be eaten daily in any kind (you can also add it into yolk-honey mix). In the conditions of the limited dietary food fullness of diet vitamins has huge value. In the rest the given diet differs nothing from other very low-calorie diets. After a week on this diet you will lose 4-8 lbs of excess weight.
1 day
- Breakfast: 2 egg yolks and the honey teaspoon, shaken up in mixer, a cup of tea or coffee with a lemon.
- Lunch: 90 g cheese, tea or coffee with a honey (1 teaspoon).
- Dinner: broth (1 cup), a piece of black bread, an apple, pear or an orange.
- For the night: tea with a lemon.
2 day
- Breakfast: A mix of egg with honey, coffee or tea with a lemon.
- Lunch: Egg with honey, 100 g cottage cheese, tea with a lemon or coffee.
- Dinner: 150 g fish or the fowl prepared without fat, salad from fresh vegetables, and tea with a lemon.
3 day
- Breakfast: Egg with honey, an apple, tea with a lemon.
- Lunch: 50 g cheese, a piece of rye bread, 200 g the salad watered with a lemon juice.
- Dinner: 300 g boiled non-starch vegetables, egg, and tea with a honey teaspoon.
