English diet

Basic rules of the English diet: minimum calories in the morning, maximum calories for dinner (till 7 pm). English diet is 1 week long and guarantees to drop up to 6 lbs. You might choose one of each options (any combination) for each meal.
Breakfast (200 calories):
- 1 hard boiled egg or omelet, 1 wholegrain toast, 3.5 oz of fresh juice.
- 1/3 cup of oatmeal with a glass of fat-free milk, 1 table spoon of raisins, 5 oz of fresh fruit juice.
- 2 table spoons of whole grains mix with a glass of fat-free milk, 1 apple.
- 7 oz of fruit salad, 5 oz of butter milk or one glass of fat-free milk.
Lunch (300 calories):
- 1 baked potato filled with 3.5 oz of cottage cheese with sweet fruits (use dried fruits), fruit salad seasoned with 1 table spoon of vegetable oil, 1 orange, 1 apple or pear.
- Veggie broth, 1 oz of feta cheese, 1 whole grain toast, 1 apple or pear.
- 2 toasts, 1 oz of baked beans, 3.5 oz of fresh fruits.
- Omelet made of vegetables, feta cheese and 2 eggs with chopped tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms, 1 apple.
Dinner (500 calories):
- Hot baked beans, 3.5 oz of fresh fruits.
- Milk soup with vegetables, 1 oz of feta cheese, 1 wholegrain toast, 2 oz of dried apricots.
- Big baked potato, 1 oz of baked beans, 1 medium carrot, 2 glasses of butter milk with some dried fruits.
