English diet plan is calculated for 21 days
The given diet offers three variants of the menu: for 1-2 days; for 3-4 days and for 5-6 days. Then menus of 3-4 and 5-6 days repeat alternately. The diet strict enough and monotonous therefore is recommended to take multivitamins. At exact observance you may lose up to 20 lbs. But do not go on this diet often – the stress for an organism is too great.
- The menu for 1-2 days (dairy)
8.00 am – glass of milk and a bread slice;
1:00 pm – milk (1 glass);
4:00 pm – glass of milk and a bread slice;
7:00 pm – milk (1 glass);
Before a sleep – 1 glass of tomato juice.
- The menu for 3-4 days (meat)
8:00 am – coffee with milk without sugar, slice of bread, 10 g of butter and 15 g of honey (or 1/2 of tbsp each);
1:00 pm – a plate of a meat or fish broth, 150-200 g of boiled meat or fish, 2 items of a spoon of green peas, slice of bread;
4:00 pm – milk or tea (1 glass), 15 g of honey;
7:00 pm – 2 eggs or 50 g of cheese (meat, fish, low-fat ham) or a kefir/buttermilk (1 glass), slice of bread.
- The menu for 5-6 days (fruits+vegetables)
8.00 am – 2 oranges or 2 apples;
1:00 pm – plate of vegetable soup without a potato with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil; vegetable salad (vinaigrette) or a vegetable ragout on vegetable oil; slice of bread;
4:00 pm – any fruit, except bananas;
7:00 pm – vegetable salad, 1/2 tbsp of honey, tea (1 cup).
On the last day of diet gradually go to dairy day. Bread is recommended to toast. Food intake time can be shifted, but adhere to a firm mode.
