Express diet

Don’t have enough time to diet but want to get back in shape? Try this Express diet – it may help you to get ready for upcoming spring season! One week only – not a big deal. You can make it!
- First day:
Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 cup of tea or coffee (do not add milk or sugar);
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 apple or orange;
Dinner: 1 egg, lettuce salad, 1 cup of tea.
- Second day:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 cup of tea or coffee;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of boiled beef, lettuce salad, 1 glass of grape juice;
Dinner: 2 apples.
- Third day:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato or cucumber, 1 cup of tea or coffee;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of fried beef patty (do not cook on oil), sauerkraut salad, 1 glass of apple juice;
Dinner: 1 glass of butter milk.
- Fourth day:
Breakfast: 3.5 oz of cottage cheese, 1 cup of tea or coffee;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of boiled fish, lettuce salad, 1 glass of carrot juice;
Dinner: 2 apples.
- Fifth day:
Breakfast: 1 egg, lettuce salad, 1 cup of tea or coffee;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of boiled beef, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 glass of apple juice;
Dinner: 1 glass of butter milk.
- Sixth day:
Breakfast: 3.5 oz of cottage cheese, 1 cup of tea or coffee;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of boiled fish, sauerkraut salad, 1 glass of carrot juice;
Dinner: 2 apples.
- Seventh day:
Breakfast: 3.5 oz of cream cheese, 1 apple, 1 cup of tea or coffee;
Lunch: 1 plate of veggie soup, 3.5 oz of chicken, 1 cup of tea;
Dinner: 1 glass of butter milk.
