Extreme summer diet plan
This diet is better for applying in the summer. And not only because it contains many vegetables and fruit (today oranges and cucumbers to get it is possible and in a heat of winter). More likely because very low-calorie and poor diet is easier transferred to warm summer days then under negative temperatures in winter. Motivated dieters can spend on a diet 8 days, will lose 10 lbs.
1 day
- Breakfast: orange, 2 eggs, a cup of black coffee.
- Dinner: 8 prunes presoaked in water.
- Supper: boiled egg, orange.
2 day
- Breakfast: low-fat cheese, cup of coffee.
- Dinner: egg, orange.
- Supper: pear, glass of buttermilk or yogurt.
3 day
- Breakfast: 2 cups of green tea.
- Dinner: tomato, a cucumber, a cheese piece.
- Supper: glass of buttermilk or yogurt.
4 day
- Breakfast: oatmeal with juice or buttermilk.
- Dinner: cucumber, tomato.
- Supper: 2 oranges.
Next 4 days menu is same as previous.
