Recommendations for nutrition plan
Right after wake up in the morning, drink one glass of water. Within day drink not less than 1/2 gal of water.
Breakfast: 2 cups of tea (green preferred), 1 or 2 eggs (cooked any way you like), 1 or 2 glasses of yogurt or a plate of fat-free cottage cheese, 1 tablet of Acidum ascorbinicum (vitamin C) which in 10 days you may replace with any fruit.
11 am: glass of water, then 1/2 fish to pacify appetite and start digestion. Through a small time interval eat the rest of the fish with boiled vegetables, snack with crude vegetables, and finish meal wiith any fruit. Salt should be added on minimum, but it is obligatory to use pepper, garlic, onions, coriander, basil and other spices and seasonings.
Lunch: 2 glasses of water before lunch, 9 oz of fish (baked, boiled, baked in foil) or seafood, as a garnish – leaves of green salad, crude or boiled not starchy vegetables (bell pepper, cucumbers, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, green beans) without oil or seasoned to taste fat-free yogurt with spicy greens or sprinkled with lemon juice, 1-2 yogurts or fat-free cottage cheese. After lunch within 2 hours do not drink!
5 pm: 1 glass of water and the same dishes, as during the lunchtime. Alternate hotter and cold, fish and seafood, baked and steam cooked.
Before a sleep drink a cup of tea for weight loss. You can make such tea by yourself, if you don’t trust manufacturers: mix 1 oz of elder (root), 1 of horsetail, 1/2 oz of cornflower, 1/2 oz of strawberry leaves, 1/2 oz of gland and 3.5 oz of birch leaves. Take 1 tbsp of mix for 1 cup of water. Boil 2 minutes and to allow to be insisted 15 minutes.
