French diet plan

The French diet usually can be followed for 14 days. During diet observance drink only boiled or mineral water. The menu cannot be changed, because only such sequence of used food causes necessary changes in exchange processes. Salt, sugar, alcohol, bread and others bakery products are absolutely excluded. To repeat diet wait about half a year.

The first day:
Breakfast – black coffee;
Lunch – two eggs, leaves salad, tomato;
Dinner – piece of low-fat boiled meat, green salad.

The second day:
Breakfast – black coffee, wholegrain toast;
Lunch – piece of boiled meat;
Dinner – ham or boiled sausage without fat, green salad.

The third day:
Breakfast – black coffee, wholegrain toast;
Lunch – carrots roasted on vegetable oil, tomato, tangerine or an orange;
Dinner – two eggs, low-fat sausage, green salad.

The fourth day:
Breakfast – black coffee, wholegrain toast;
Lunch – one egg, fresh carrots, cheese;
Dinner – fruit salad, kefir.

The fifth day:
Breakfast – grated carrots with a lemon juice;
Lunch – boiled fish, tomato;
Dinner – piece of boiled meat.

The sixth day:
Breakfast – black coffee;
Lunch – boiled chicken, green salad;
Dinner – piece of boiled meat.

The seventh day:
Breakfast – tea;
Lunch – boiled meat, fruit;
Dinner – low-fat ham or sausage.

The second week – repeat the first week meal schedule.
