grape dietTo advantages of this fruit diet we should add the included recipes of low-calorie dishes. The diet not only helps to get rid of superfluous lbs, but also will teach how to eat correctly, tasty and low-fat. Only for 4 days you may lose 4-5 lbs. And grapes not only will make food sweetened, but also will benefit health: will improve state of blood and cardiovascular systems, will help to deduce from an organism harmful products of an exchange, will strengthen activity of kidneys, normalize contents of gastric juice, will improve digesting. Those who cares of nutritional value of diet, it will be interesting to know that grapes content sugar, fiber, organic acids, pertinacious substances, vitamins (В1, В2, В6, D, E, PP, C, Р, carotin), macro-and micro components (potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulphur, manganese, copper, cobalt, nickel, titan, aluminum, silicon, zinc, boron, chrome), enzymes.

The menu for 4 days:

  • 1st day (800-850 cal):

Breakfast:
Cereals with grapes, orange and yogurt.
The recipe: Mix 150 g of light yogurt, 1 table spoon of a cereals, half an orange, 100 g of dark grapes. Strew a small amount of the roasted sunflower seeds.

Dinner:
Salad with a pumpkin and grapes. Few slices of low-fat baked ham.

The recipe: 250 g of pumpkins cut into cubes and slightly fry on butter. Grape berries (100 g) divide on halfs, cut 150 g of lettuce leaves (just cut them of the whole head) and to mix with a pumpkin. In oil where the pumpkin was fried, pour in quarter of glass of a vegetable broth, add a few vinegar and mustard. With resulted mixture fill lettuce leaves. Strew the top with grated walnuts.

Supper:
Fruit salad. A portion of chicken breast.

The recipe: 100 g of white grapes, 50 g of pineapple, a quarter of papaya, mix, add 1 table spoon of a lemon juice and quarter of glass of water.

  • 2nd day (800 cal):

Breakfast:
Lemon yogurt.

The recipe: 150-200 g of low-fat yogurt and 1 table spoon of a lemon juice; shake up in a mixer and to fill in 150 g of grapes.

Dinner:
Rice with shrimps.

The recipe: 5 table spoons of rice bring to boil and mix with 100 g of grapes. 5-6 small shrimps slightly fry in olive oil, salt, pepper and mix with grape rice.

Supper:
Potato with vegetables. Dark grapes.

The recipe: Cut 100 g of potatoes, 1 carrot, green onions and a little celery root. Vegetables fill in with a glass of broth and braise 10-15 minutes with the lid on. Add salt, bay leaf, pepper and sour cream (1 teaspoon).

  • 3rd day (650-700 cal):

Breakfast:
Sandwich with cottage cheese.

The recipe: Slice of wheat bread smear with cottage cheese. Decorate with halfs of grape berries (30 – 50 g).

Dinner:
Fish with stewed cabbage and grapes.

The recipe: 150 g of sauerkraut with one bulb onion braise in a small amount of vegetable oil for 10 minutes. Lay on cabbage 300 g of fish fillet and 50 g of dark grape berries then braise additional 10 minutes and add pepper.

Supper:
Grape jelly.

The recipe: Package of gelatin (5 g) presoak in a small amount of boiled water, and then dissolve it in 150 ml of grape juice. Fill in with liquid jelly 50 g of grape berries and slices of half of apple, put into refrigerator for an hour.

  • 4 day (800-850 cal)

Breakfast:
Bread with cottage cheese and grapes. 100 g of dark grapes.

The recipe: 100 g of cottage cheese add salt and pepper. Spread on slice of wheat bread and add some chopped green onions.

Dinner:
Grape cakes.

The recipe: Take 2-3 table spoons of flour, 100 g of water and one egg; make dough and bake some cakes. For a stuffing mix 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 table spoon of water and 50 g of grapes. Strew cakes with ground cinnamon.

Supper:
Turkey with vegetables and mushrooms. A little boiled rice if you wish.

The recipe: 50 g of turkey breast cut thin strips and fry. 100 g of broccoli seethe in boiled water for 2-3 minutes. 1 carrot rub on a large grater, mushrooms (50 g) cut on halfs. Combine everything in a bowl, add half-glass of broth and braise for 10 minutes. At the end add 2 tbsp of sour cream and 50 g of red grapes.
