Honey diet

The Honey diet is calculated for 14-16 days and during this period person loses from 4 to 12 lbs. The level of weight loss depends on an initial condition of an organism. Usually, “big” people lose weight promptly. For those whose height-weight indicator is close to norm, lose lbs slower, but in any case the diet shows doubtless result.
So, besides honey include in the diet fat-free dairy products. Except that allowed to eat boiled non-starch contenting vegetables, citron, berries and drink sour juices. The list of the allowed products is wide enough; therefore there are lots of possibilities to come up with many variants of the high-grade menu.
It is necessary to remember that for a breakfast, lunch and dinner it is necessary to eat 1 tbsp of honey. As for vegetables they need to be consumed once a day, better in the afternoon. Thus the portion should not exceed 7 oz. Same amount concerns berries. The daily volume of juice should not exceed 1/4 gal. Tea and mineral water can be drunk without restrictions.
Schedule meals five times a day.
- BREAKFAST: 5 oz of fat-free cottage cheese, 1 tsp of honey, tea with a lemon.
- SNACK: 4 oz of light yogurt, 1 glass of juice.
- LUNCH: 7 oz of boiled cauliflower, 7 oz of strawberries, 1 cup of warm tea, 1 tsp of honey.
- SNACK: 1 orange.
- DINNER: 1 glass of butter milk, 1 tsp of honey.
In intervals between meals you can drink juice, water and tea.
