The second breakfast: (12:00-12:30 pm) 200-300 g of unsweetened fruit.

Dinner (2:30-3:00 pm): salad vegetable, vegetable soup, boiled or steam meat (boiled or baked fish); one slice of wheat bread, baked apple.

Mid-morning snack (6:00-6:30 pm): 300 g of unsweetened fruit.

Supper: one glass of butter-milk or yogurt, mixed fruit. The fruit mix is especially useful to people with problems in intestines. Make as follows: simply process equal quantities of dry dates, dried apricots, fig, prunes and walnuts. Recommended taking tea or water with this fruit mix.
