- But I have learnt to eat them, – Joan says, 170 cm high, which have managed to lose weight from 86 kg to 57 kg. According to Joan, fruit – ideal assistants in fighting against excess weight.
You, she assures, are able to “burn” up to 11 lbs for a week if seriously work on absorption of fruit. The best way thoroughly to take pleasure of fruit is to create grand fruit salad, hide it into fridge and eat when you hungry. Joan recommends fruit that “burn” fats faster: apples, kiwi, and citrus.

Three-day diet

  • Day first

Breakfast: half of melon, half pack of yogurt.
Dinner: salad with kiwi slices, oranges and strawberry, mixed with contents of one pack of yogurt.
Supper: half grapefruit, 170 g fast chicken meat; salad with vegetables filled with a lemon juice.
Dessert: 2 plums.

  • Day second

Breakfast: 1 cup of berries mixed and quarter of a cup of cereals (granola).
Dinner: few slices of pineapple.
Supper: 1 orange; 170 g of cut turkey breast with salad leaves.
Dessert: 2 nectarines.

  • Day third

Breakfast: few slices of water-melon; cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt.
Dinner: puree from pulp of one banana and one cup of strawberry, filled with apple juice.
Supper: 170 g fish (flounder or halibut), soaked in a lemon juice; cup of Brussels sprouts.
Dessert: 1 cup of cold yogurt with any berries.
