The general rules – besides usual daily norm of beverages, can drink every day one glass of dry wine.
Breakfasts (choose one of offered options):
- One toast, 100 g tinned tomatoes, 12 g a grated Edam cheese;
- 25 g any natural flakes with milk, a small banana;
- One egg on a toast from bread with bran;
- Hot toast from bread with bran and 25 g the grated Edam cheese, prepared on a grill.
150 calories.
Dinners (choose one of offered options):
- 150 g potato welded in a uniform and strewed 25 g grated Edam cheese, one tomato sliced, a table spoon of a slaw, the big ration of the admixed lettuce, one peach or a pear;
- Two slices of the bread smeared with soft mustard, one slice of a ham, 25 g an Edam cheese, one glass of low-caloric yogurt;
- Two toasts, 125 g a boiled string bean, a small banana;
- Crude vegetables from the “unlimited” set, filled with the sauce prepared from a small glass of low-caloric yogurt, juice of half of lemon, 12 g an Edam cheese and a sunflower-seed oil teaspoon, a crunchy bun.
250 calories.
Suppers (choose one of offered options):
- Cauliflower with a grated cheese (Edam or any another, but low-calorie), the big ration of the admixed lettuce filled with a lemon juice, one small banana;
- 200 g a chicken leg (without a skin), prepared on a grill, 125 g a potato welded in a uniform, 50 g stewed carrots, 50 g corn grains, vegetable marrows, the green string bean, one orange;
- 75 g (in a dry kind) a spaghetti with the sauce prepared from 50 g of low-fat mincemeat, tinned tomatoes, greengrocery and garlic, 25 g a grated Edam cheese, the big ration of the admixed lettuce, one apple;
- 100 g a stake from the pout, prepared on a grill (a stake to roll in in grain crumbs), 75 g mashed potatoes on skim milk with a tomato, greengrocery and garlic, 50 g green peas, a broccoli, a green string bean, a glass of low-caloric yogurt;
- 100 g a liver prepared on a grill, in sauce from a meat fluid and juice of one orange, 125 g a potato welded in a uniform, cabbage, a cauliflower, an apple or a pear.
400 calories.
Snacks (choose one of offered options):
- 25 g an Edam cheese, two crisp bread, the cut tomatoes;
- The big ration of chocolate sponge-cake, a few grapes;
- Bun from a coarse flour with lettuce and three table spoons of house cheese; 250 ml dark or a bright beer and one bag of biscuits; a small patty with jam.
200 calories.
