Another low-calorie diet plan. Effective, calories counted

  • Ingredients:
  • Time period: 7 days
  • Result: 6-8 lbs

The diet so low-calorie, that in seven days of its observance leaves 6-8 lbs of excess weight.

  • Breakfast: a glass of sweet tea or a cup of black coffee.
  • Branch: 1 oz of white cheese or 3.5 oz cottage cheese.
  • Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 4 oz meat (boiled or roasted on the dry heated frying pan).
  • Snack: 1 cup of unsweetened tea or a cup of black coffee.
  • Dinner (not later than 7 pm): 4 oz boiled meat, vegetable salad on vegetable oil, before a sleep – mint drink.

The diet can be repeated in two weeks.
