- Ingredients:
- Time period: 7 days
- Result: 6-8 lbs
The diet so low-calorie, that in seven days of its observance leaves 6-8 lbs of excess weight.
- Breakfast: a glass of sweet tea or a cup of black coffee.
- Branch: 1 oz of white cheese or 3.5 oz cottage cheese.
- Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 4 oz meat (boiled or roasted on the dry heated frying pan).
- Snack: 1 cup of unsweetened tea or a cup of black coffee.
- Dinner (not later than 7 pm): 4 oz boiled meat, vegetable salad on vegetable oil, before a sleep – mint drink.
The diet can be repeated in two weeks.
