“MAGIC” DIET

Magic diet plan

The diet has “magic” effect – all for a week you can lose 8-14 lbs, however to sustain it uneasy. The diet menu includes many eggs (1-2 in day) as this useful dietary product contains a lot of protein and useful nutrients, thus differs low caloric content and the small maintenance of fats. Daily caloric content of a diet is very low, therefore long period following this diet is not recommended.

1 day

  • Breakfast: coffee without sugar
  • Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, 20 g cheese
  • Supper: vegetable salad

2 day

  • Breakfast: coffee without sugar
  • Dinner: boiled egg and an apple
  • Supper: boiled egg

3 day

  • Breakfast: tea without sugar
  • Dinner: 150 g cottage cheese
  • Supper: salad

4 day

  • Breakfast: coffee without sugar
  • Dinner: egg, 8 prunes or fresh plums
  • Supper: egg

5 day

  • Breakfast: tea without sugar
  • Dinner: 100 g fresh cabbage or carrots
  • Supper: egg

6 day

  • Breakfast: coffee without sugar
  • Dinner: 2 apples or 2 oranges
  • Supper: a curdled milk or glass of buttermilk

7 day

  • Breakfast: coffee without sugar
  • Dinner: 30 g cheese, an orange or an apple
  • Supper: 2 eggs
