Meat diet
- Ingredients:
- Time period: 10 days
- Result: 8-12 lbs
The diet cannot be carried out for more than 10 days. Failures are not supposed, in case of failure it is senseless to continue.
FORBIDDEN:
- Bread and flour products
- Cereals
- Sugar and sweeteners
- Fruits
- Dairy products
- Carrots
- Corn
- Potato
- Alcohol
- Various sweet (sodas) drinks
ALLOWED:
- Any kind of meat (beef, ham, sausage, pork, veal, etc.)
- Fish
- Eggs (boiled and fried)
- All vegetables, except for listed above at “forbidden list”
RULES:
- Season salads either a lemon juice or an olive oil.
- Fry only on an olive oil.
- After meal do not drink for 30 minutes.
- After 8 pm no food allowed.
During a day schedule meals at least 5 times.
