Mexican diet plan
The Mexican diet is calculated for 4 days. For this period on the Mexican diet it is possible to lose 4-6 lbs if you have not reached desirable result, repeat it in 2 days.
The first day of a diet:
Breakfast – a cup of unsweetened coffee, an orange, 2 eggs;
Dinner – 8 plums;
Supper – an orange and 1 egg.
The second day of a diet:
Breakfast – coffee and 1 cheese slice;
Dinner – an orange and 1 egg;
Supper – glass of buttermilk and pear.
The third day of a diet:
Breakfast – glass of strong sweet tea;
Dinner – cucumber, tomato and 1 cheese slice;
Supper – milk (one glass).
The fourth day of a diet:
Breakfast – cereals with juice;
Dinner – cucumber, tomato and salad (not acute);
Supper – 2 oranges.
