Milk diet

This diet will not help to lose a lot of weight, its specially made for those who suffer different types of illnesses. We recommend to consult your doctor before dieting, to find out if this  diet will help you. Well, if there is non of negative issues, you may start dieting right away. The diet is used at adiposity, atherosclerosis, hypertensive illness, and diabetes with adiposity, insufficiency of blood circulation, nephrites, and illnesses of liver and bilious ways, gout, and urolithic illness.

6 times a day drink 1 glass of milk  and butter milk (lowered fat content). About 1/3-1/2 gal each day during 2-3 weeks.
