Diet: limit calories, refuse from flour and sweet.
- New moon.
In a new moon it is not necessary to begin important issues, plunge into an idleness state of bliss is better.
Diet: proteins. Fish, meat cooked on steam, cottage cheese, sour cream, vitamin-rich nutrition.
- The growing moon.
The growing moon stimulates appetite: try not to overeat, pay more attention to vegetables and fruit.
Diet: consume less salt. Eat more fruit in the form of fruit salads and vegetables in the form of garnishes to the basic low-calorie dish.
