Nicole Kidman weight loss plan

After 14 days you can get rid of 14-16 lbs!

Not allowed: alcohol, sugar, salt.
Necessarily: to drink to 1.5 l of boiled water a day.

For the first week weight loss is about 1 lb a day, second week slower results 150-200 g, but a weight loss is fixed completely.

1 day.
Breakfast – a black coffee.
Dinner – two hard boiled eggs, spinach, tomatoes.
Supper – a boiled meat chunk, green salad.

2 day.
Breakfast – toast, a black coffee.
Dinner – a boiled meat chunk.
Supper – a ham chunk, buttermilk.

3 day.
Breakfast – toast, a black coffee.
Dinner – the root of a celery fried in vegetable oil, a tomato, fruit.
Supper – 2 hard boiled eggs, a cup of grated carrots, a hard cheese chunk.

4 day.
Breakfast – a black coffee.
Dinner – hard boiled egg, a cup of grated carrots, a hard cheese chunk.
Supper – the big fruit salad.

5 day.
Breakfast – a black coffee.
Dinner – the big ration of low-fat fish.
Supper – a cup of grated carrots.

6 day.
Breakfast – a black coffee with toast.
Dinner – the big chunk of a fillet of a chicken, green salad.
Supper – 2 hard boiled eggs.

7 day.
Breakfast – tea without sugar.
Dinner – the big chunk of boiled meat, fruit.
Supper – boiled fish with vegetables.
