“On time” diet plan
If you have a strong will power and good memory than adhering to diet “On time” will not make special difficulties. It is a long period type of diet, and definitive effect, at least 14 lbs of weight loss is shown in a month.
Diet “On time”:
It is necessary to eat first five days each two hours. The next ten days eat as usual, but desirable to limit flour and sweet (it is possible dietary grades of bread and fruit sugar). It is necessary to alternate five days of a diet to ten days of a normal nutrition. For five days possible to lose about 6-10 lbs, and in ten days the overall objective – to fix weight on the reached mark.
Here is the approximate menu:
7:00 am – a cup of tea or coffee.
9:00 am – the grated carrots filled with a lemon juice.
11:00 am – an apple (a pear, kiwi, peach etc).
1:00 pm – 100 g of boiled meat (fresh-water fish) on a piece of grain bread with a butter (10 g).
3:00 pm – one hard boiled egg (100 g cheese, 100 g cottage cheese etc).
5:00 pm- vegetable salad (cabbage, carrot, beet etc).
7:00 pm – dozen of dried fruits (prunes, dried apricots), soaked in hot water.
9:00 pm – glass of fat-free kefir or butter milk.
