Onion soup diet plan
There is one very high-quality diet. It is tested: if not to violate it, then losing 10 lbs for a week very easy. Basis of diet is made by bow (onion) soup.
The recipe is simple: medium cabbage, 6 medium onions, tomatoes to taste, 2 green bell peppers, and bunch of celery. Chop all green-stuffs, fill with cold water, bring to boiling, boil for 10 min, and keep cooking on a slow fire, until green-stuffs will become soft. Add salt to taste, spices, and some sauce of carry or vegetable clear soup block.
You can eat as much soup as you want. Other products are distributed so:
1st day is soup and fruit: any fruit, except for bananas. Remember that water-melon – very low calorie, and grapes – vice versa.
2nd day is soup and green-stuffs: any fresh, stewed (without butter), boiled green-stuffs. Preferably fresh ones, not canned. You may also eat some baked or boiled potato with a little bet of butter.
3rd day is soup, green-stuffs and fruit. Exclude potatoes this day.
4th day is soup, green-stuffs and fruit. Today you can afford to eat 2 bananas and glass of low-calorie milk.
5th day is soup, beef and tomatoes. Get a 400-500 g of the boiled non-fat beef, or chicken (without a skin), or fish. Fresh tomatoes as much as you want. In case you can’t find fresh ones, then choose canned in own juice. No fruits today.
6th day is soup, beef and green leaf vegetables. Replace tomatoes with lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers, green bell pepper. No fruits.
7th day is soup, brown (wild) rice, green-stuffs, fruit juice. Any green-stuffs which, for example, you may add to the rice. Fruit juice without sugar.
If you lost 10 lbs or more, then a diet can be repeated after 2-3 days.
Do not consume: alcohol, sugar, bread, sweet soda.
Necessary: drink more water (spring water) 1.5-2 l a day, tea, coffee without sugar.
Alcohol drinks may be consumed after the diet. In case that you will know you will be drinking – stop dieting before.
Soup can’t be eaten by itself. It will not have any effect. Schedule 3 soup meals within a day: for breakfast, dinner and supper. In last days of diet it’s necessary to eat some soup at least once.
Effect: if you did everything right, on the third day you should already lose 3-4 lbs. The diet consists of products that do not contain fats. In addition, bow and greenery is instrumental in breaking up of fats. And green-stuffs have negative calorie content, i.e. on their processing an organism spends more energy, then this products give.
