It is not recommended to hold this diet longer 1 week. If between food intakes there is a feeling of hunger, can eat cabbage soup (any from the list below). Restrictions in water consumption are absent. Before following this diet, it is better to consult the doctor.
- 1st day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); any fruit, except for bananas.
- 2nd day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); vegetables of any kind.
- 3rd day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); fruit and vegetables (except for a potato and bananas).
- 4th day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); bananas (up to 6 pieces); milk.
- 5th day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); fish, chicken or low-fat beef (no more than 21 oz); tomatoes; 8 glasses of water.
- 6th day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); fish, beef or a chicken with a garnish from vegetables; 8 glasses of water.
