Recommendations for nutrition plan
Right after wake up in the morning, drink one glass of water. Within day drink not less than 1/2 gal of water.
Breakfast: 2 cups of tea (green preferred), 1 or 2 eggs (cooked any way you like), 1 or 2 glasses of yogurt or a plate of fat-free cottage cheese, 1 tablet of Acidum ascorbinicum (vitamin C) which in 10 days you may replace with any fruit.
11 am: glass of water, then 1/2 fish to pacify appetite and start digestion. Through a small time interval eat the rest of the fish with boiled vegetables, snack with crude vegetables, and finish meal wiith any fruit.
