Rice Diet
For fans of rice this diet simply a salvage. The diet base is rice, but only unrefined. Diet can be follow for minimum of 3 days, and a maximum – 2 weeks.
1st day:
Breakfast: one apple, rice (2 oz of dry grains) with a lemon pulp and several drops of a lemon juice, green or herbal tea.
Lunch: vegetable broth, salad from vegetables (5 oz), rice with greens seasoned with 1 tsp of vinegar and 1 tsp of olive oil.

The first week – monotonous, with the second week gradually entered also other products. The general day caloric content of 1500 calories strictly observed both in the first, and in the second week!
If you cannot live without sweets you will accept this diet. It is a mini-diet that will help to lose weight quickly. The diet is calculated for 3 days.
Right after wake up in the morning, drink one glass of water. Within day drink not less than 1/2 gal of water.
This diet allows clearing an intestine and blood. Follow it for about 10 days.
Five day diet
The first day: 1/2 gal of milk.
This diet represents the clearing and weight loss program, calculated for 30 days.
