Perricone Prescription Diet

– Carbohydrates

- Fibers

- Supper
150 г a salmon, 2 cups of leaves of green salad filled with an olive oil and a lemon juice + a cup of a broccoli, fresh berries
300 ml of water
- Before bed
Fat-free turkey or chicken breast not salty 50 g or yoghurt 170 g, 1/2 pear or a green apple, 3 almonds or olives

Perricone diet is not exclusive. Its accent, on low GI carbohydrates, an olive oil, fruit and vegetables is not new. It has one essential lack is the price of a salmon.
