Peta Wilson is a vivid example of malignancy of rigid diets. But Peta has managed to overcome illness and does not refuse from good meal and only once in two months she follows her favorite diet.

“Week” by Peta Wilson

1st day – 5 boiled potatoes and 1/2 gal of butter milk;

2nd day – 3.5 oz boiled chicken and 1/2 gal of butter milk;

3rd day – 3.5 oz boiled meat plus 1/2 gal of butter milk;

4th day – 3.5 oz boiled fish with butter milk;

5th day – fruit and vegetables (except bananas and grapes!) and 1/2 gal of butter milk;

6th day – butter milk;

7th day – mineral water.

Peat recommends starting diet with intestine cleaning. During diet do not eat anything else, cook above mentioned dishes without salt and sugar.
