Pineapple & chicken diet

Diet is simple. The hardest part – hold on for 9 days!
First 3 days boiled unsalted chicken fillets. Next 3 days – only pineapples. For the last 3 days -combine pineapples and chicken fillets. Drink lots of mineral water or green tea. Before each meal drink 1 glass of water. You might enchance the effect of this diet by doing some phisical training.
