Potato diet

Potato diet makes you feel satiated and at the same time you keep losing weight – about 1 lb a day. Potatoes content a lot of proteins, vitamins A and B, soda, potash and alkaline salts. Even its used to treat disorders like toxaemia, constipation, dropsy and stone, uric acid diseases, potato-based diets are not indicated for obese people. The Potato diet may help you lose weight. But remember that what`s good for some people may not be good for you, so consult dietologist or seek for professional medical advice before you start the diet.
- Breakfast: 1 glass of milk.
- Lunch: 10 oz of mashed potatoes.
- Dinner: 10-12 oz of potato salad.
The Potato diet doesn’t content enough vitamins that’s why you may need to take additional multivitamin pills, etc. Make sure you consult doctor first.
