This diet – the first step to vegetarianism. Components of diet: fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, the juice which has sprouted grains, grasses and spices. Some people add in fish or low-fat poultry.

The main rule – 75 % of products you should use in a raw kind. Adherents of a diet assert, that in raw products contain enzymes which help digestion. When heating all these useful enzymes collapse. The raw food is easily acquired, does not slag an organism.

The diet means reduction of quantity of calories and carbohydrates, that inevitably leads to losing weight.

And, at last, supporters of a diet assert, that it has rejuvenating effect.
In a word, the excellent diet, the truth is one nuance – it difficultly to sustain.

The approximate daly menu

  • Breakfast:
    Salad with fresh fruit in which add on the handful of the almonds which have sprouted wheat, pumpkin seeds to wash down with a skim milk 1 glass.
  • Dinner:
    Salad with cabbage, tomatoes, siliculose pepper, an onions, parsley in which to add a handful of lentil and to fill with an olive oil.
  • Supper:
    Vegetable soup (any recipe), cheddar cheese, handful of seeds of sunflower, raspberry cup.
  • Drinks within day:
    Water, fruit juice.
