refreshing dietThe best time to follow Refreshing diet is summer – season of the vegetables. Apply two times a week within a month. Current diet is perfect for gradual weight loss. Refer to this diet if you want to feel better without going on long term monodiet or if you are trying out diets.

Breakfast: one glass of sour milk (curdled milk) or a glass of warm water sweetened with a tsp of honey.

Lunch: one glass of fruit juice or some fruit or raw vegetables.

Dinner: salad with raw vegetables (green salad, green onions and garlic, radish, cucumbers, parsley, fennel, spinach, cabbage and etc.) and a glass of fruit juice.

Supper: muesli. A table spoon of oatmeal flakes presoak for 12 hours in three table spoons of cool water. Before serving add table spoon of honey, juice of half or whole lemon, carefully stir. Grate about 200 g of raw apples or other fruit and lay out on oatmeal flakes. Strew muesli with a table spoon of pounded walnuts, almonds or peanuts.
