RICE DIET

Rice & additives diet

riceThis diet allows clearing an intestine and blood. Follow it for about 10 days.

Thanks to a regular and various nutrition the diet is carried easily – the main thing, make it various enough!
It allows losing weight in the average of 2 lb each 3 days.

Each two hours eat 3.5 oz of boiled rice (5 tbsp) with one of offered additives:
- 1 oz nuts (except peanuts);
- 1 apple;
- 1 pear;
- 20 grapes;
- 1 peach;
- 1 banana;
- 2 kiwi;
- 3 apricots;
- 1/2 glasses of seasonal berries;
- 1 tomato;
- 2 cucumbers;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 2 thin slices of cheese;
- 1/2 boiled chicken breasts;
- 2 oz of salted salmon;
- 3.5 oz of boiled low-fat fish (shrimp, squid);
- yogurt or pudding;
- 5 oz (an incomplete glass) of butter milk or milk.

Avoid: mayonnaise, oil, ketchup, soy sauce, salt is strictly forbidden. But to each meal you can add some greens – salad leaves or fennel.

If work schedule and other aspects of your daily life allow you to adhere to this diet – go ahead! Good thing about this diet that you always feel satiated.
