Rice + vegetables
Result – 16 lbs after 3-4 weeks
The diet represents mixture of various vegetables and rice.
Cook rice (do not add salt) and separately cook vegetables.
Vegetables: cauliflower, string beans. You may also add fresh bell pepper, some chicken breasts; finely chop all ingredients and mix with rice. Add soy souse for taste.
The most important thing is to try to hold on to diet because it is hard to eat same thing all the time. If even a little piece of some other food will make it to your mouth – you will fail the diet.
Try quit drinking coffee and drink more waters.
