The diet is based on alternation of firm and liquid food. This diet, according to its founders, promotes deep clarification of an organism, strengthening of its protective functions and start of process of self-restoration. During “dry” days the vegetative food is used a lot, the quantity of fats and salt is limited. In “drinking” days you can drink water, juice, herbal and other teas.

The diet brings the maximum advantage at observance within 3 weeks: the first week – the organism unloading, the second – clarification, the third – restoration. By the end of third week you will lose about 10 % of the weight, feel more vigorous, finer and younger.

It is recommended to combine this nutrition plan with sauna, exercises, massages and other clearing procedures. All those procedures will raise efficiency of diet; will allow improving condition of skin and internals.

1st day

Right after you woke up drink glass of water.

Breakfast (choose one of the following options):

  • Fat-free yogurt, wholegrain roll, fruit salad;
  • Porridge (oatmeal);
  • Fat-free cottage cheese and fruit.

Lunch: big portion of vegetable salad filled with fat-free yogurt or lemon juice with a teaspoon of oil, portion of vegetable soup, and slice of bread.

Dinner: stewed vegetables without fat, 50 g of brown rice, skim milk or glass of buttermilk, fruit.

Snacks between meals: fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts (30 g).

2nd day

Only liquid products: vegetable and fruit juice, water, herbal tea.

3rd day

Right after you woke up drink glass of water with a lemon juice, green tea or broth with mint.

Breakfast: portion of oatmeal without sugar with skim milk, fruit.

Lunch: vegetable soup, sheet salad, 50-100 g of spaghetti or buckwheat cereal, fruit.

Dinner (choose one from the following options):

  • A portion bean, salad from fresh vegetables, fruit;
  • A potato welded in a uniform, salad from tomatoes and cucumbers, fruit.

4 day

Juice, water, tea.
