SPRING DIET


Spring diet

  • Ingredients:
  • Time period: 5-10 days
  • Result: 6-14 lbs

It’s not a starving type of diet – you can eat as much vegetables as you want, but don’t overeat! Exclude bananas and other too sweet fruits. Drink lots of a mineral water or green tea.

When buying dairy products for this diet, please look for fat content – the recommended one is 1%. Do not buy products if there is more than 3% of fat.

Before each meal or snack Drink 1 glass of mineral water.

  • Breakfast: 4 oz of cottage cheese, 2-3 toasts, 1 tbs of honey, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
  • Snack: 1-2 fruits (orange, apple) and veggies (bell pepper, cucumber).
  • Lunch: 1 cup of veggie broth. 3.5 oz of boiled chicken fillet (veal, beef). 3 tbs of green peas and fresh veggies.
  • Snack: 1-2 toasts, veggie salad seasoned with 1 tbs of olive oil, 4 oz of cottage cheese.
  • Dinner: 1-2 fruits, 1 glass of light yogurt.
