Strict low-carb diet

- Time period: 2 weeks
- Result: 6-8 lbs
Strict low-carb diet is designed by famous German dietologist. Its 14 day diet plan and if desirable result not yet achieved, take a week brake and repeat the diet again. Remember to exclude salt and sugar.
- Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, 1 oz of cheese, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
- Lunch: 7 oz of cottage cheese, 3.5 oz of baked beans, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
- Dinner: 3.5 oz of boiled beef (or same amount of tuna fish), 7 oz of fresh veggies, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Do not consume: alcohol drinks, all fruits (except grapefruit), fruit juice. Drink every day ½ gal of spring water. Don’t forget to share your success story with us later.
