SWEET DIET

sweetsIf you cannot live without sweets you will accept this diet. It is a mini-diet that will help to lose weight quickly. The diet is calculated for 3 days.

The first day
For a breakfast 1 cup of green tea with lemon and 1 tsp of honey, fruit.
Lunch: 2 oz of cheese, tea or coffee and 2 tsp of honey or with jam.
Dinner: 5 oz of veggie broth, fruit salad, before sleep drink cup of tea with lemon.

The second day
For a breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tsp of honey, green tea with lemon or coffee.
Lunch: 2 oz of cheese, salad from vegetables, fruit ice cream.
Dinner: boiled vegetables, wheat bread 1 slice, green tea with a lemon and 1 tsp of honey.

The third day
For a breakfast: 1 egg, coffee and 1 tsp of jam.
Lunch: 5 oz of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 apple, tea or coffee.
Dinner: 3.5 oz of fish, vegetable salad, green tea with 1 tsp of honey.
