The Brazilian diet plan for 14 days
The following Brazilian diet is popular enough and is often used. As it is clear from its name, diet plan is calculated for 14 days. As a matter of fact, it is a high-protein diet assuming consumption of eggs in considerable quantity. After 2 weeks on this diet you can lose 8-10 lbs. Then it is necessary to take a break. Do not forget to drink lots of water and also take vitamin C.
The menu for a week

1st and 2nd days:
- Breakfast: hard boiled egg, cup of coffee, apple.
- Dinner: egg, cup of coffee, apple.
- Supper: egg, cup of coffee, apple.
3rd day:
- Breakfast: 2 eggs.
- Dinner: 100 g of beef, spinach.
- Supper: 1 egg, spinach.
4th day:
- Breakfast: 1 egg.
- Dinner: 150 g of boiled fish, 1 tomato.
- Supper: 2 eggs, cup of coffee.
5 day
- Breakfast: 1 egg, cup of coffee.
- Dinner: 2 eggs, 1 tomato.
- Supper: 150 g of fish, fried without fat, vegetables with vinegar.
6 day
- Breakfast: 1 egg, cup of coffee.
- Dinner: 100 g of beef, 1 cucumber.
- Supper: 150 g of veal, grilled without fat, 1 tomato, cup of coffee.
7 day
- Breakfast: 1 egg, cup of coffee.
- Dinner: half of chicken, fried without fat, vegetables.
- Supper: second half of chicken, apple, cup of coffee.
The menu for 8-14 days identically.
