Fiber diet plan
The diet rich with fiber has become famous in the eightieth when it has literally won Great Britain. Two key rules of fiber diet: to reduce quantity of consumed calories and to increase daily consumption of the food rich with a fiber. There is a set of low-calorie products that contain lots of a fiber, so for dietarians it’s big list of what to choose. Usually these products perfectly fill stomach, muffling feeling of hunger. The fiber found in groats, fruit and vegetables, and the small quantity of such food easily fills stomach, paternal weight loss effect goes faster. The food rich with a fiber accelerates allocation of slug products from intestines, thereby preventing locks and variety of gastroenteric diseases. The fiber causes weight loss effect because, unlike other products, is not digested completely. It’s known that in this case the organism acquires fewer calories that force it to address in search of energy to its own stocks of fat.
The typical menu for day
- Breakfast: plate of cereals with a small banana and low-fat milk.
- Lunch: Soup from vegetables with peas and a rye croissant. If you would like something sweet, dried apricots at your service: they very rich with fiber and sweet.
- Dinner: chopped lamb meat with potato, a string bean in veggie oil and tomatoes.
No food after 6 pm!
Pluses:
- The food with the high content of a fiber clears an organism and prevents locks, accelerating process of removal of slugs.
- The diet differs from other diets, because products entering into this one are very volume and fill stomach, the feeling of hunger paternal disappears.
- Diet convenient, flexible and inexpensive
Minuses:
- The fiber in considerable quantity can cause aerogenesis for some people.
- If you eat fiber in the form of bran or ungraded groats, ability of a body to acquire useful minerals and vitamins accepted shortly before meal or soon after it decreases. In this respect bread from flour of a rough grinding is better; it does not render such influence.
- The thing is that products that content fiber can have lots of calories also. Some of products, for example, nuts, dried apricots and avocado, also very high-calorie though really contain a lot of fiber. So, if you wish to lose weight, it is necessary to count calories also.
