Tibetan weight loss program
The Tibetan diet is dairy-vegetarian diet. It excludes all kinds of meat food and prefers exclusively vegetative one – and this is the feature of this diet. After week of following the given diet it is necessary to include in ration some meat. After that you can repeat diet.
Authors of the Tibetan diet recommend eating all products slowly, in small servings.
- 1 day:
Breakfast: one glass of milk, small toast.
Dinner: 150 g boiled beans, 200 g salad with tomatoes, Bell pepper, onions and parsley, big green apple or orange.
Supper: 250 g chopped cabbage filled with a lemon juice, 150 g any fruit and one glass of mineral water.
2 day:
Breakfast: one glass of mineral water, one big apple.
Dinner: 200 g boiled fish, 200 g fruit salad with apples, pears, prunes or other fruit, orange.
Supper: 250 g vegetable marrows roasted on vegetable oil, 3 tomatoes, small slice of bread and one glass of tomato juice.
3 day:
Breakfast: one glass of milk, 2 toasts.
Dinner: 200 g boiled string beans, 200 g salad with tomatoes, onions, fresh cucumbers and garlic filled with vegetable oil.
Supper: 200 g boiled, largely cut beet, 2 apples, orange, small slice of bread, tomato and one glass of tomato juice.
4 day:
Breakfast: one glass of mineral water, small roll.
Dinner: 250 g boiled fish, 200 g vegetable salad with any vegetables, glass of natural apple juice.
Supper: 200 g boiled string beans, 200 g crude grated carrots filled with vegetable oil and garlic, cup of tea and small toast.
5 day:
Breakfast: one glass of milk, small roll.
Dinner: 200 g chopped cabbage filled with juice of lemon, one glass of yogurt, 2 apples.
Supper: 200 g boiled fish, 200 g eggplants roasted on vegetable oil with small amount of carrots, small slice of wheat bread and one glass of mineral water.
6 day:
Breakfast: one glass of apple juice, orange.
Dinner: 200 g grated carrots filled with vegetable oil, 200 g salad with tomatoes, Bell pepper and onions, glass of mineral water.
Supper: 150 g cheese, 2 toasts, 100 g strawberries, glass of milk or 2 glasses of yogurt.
7 day:
Breakfast: one glass of milk, 2 toasts.
Dinner: 250 g boiled fish, 250 g salad with cabbage filled with a lemon juice, glass of mineral water.
Supper: 200 g boiled string bean, 100 g cheese, 250 g any fruit, glass of mineral water or apple juice.
