Tomato Juice diet plan

Daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 glass of tomato juice, 2 wholegrain toasts spread
with tiny layer of low-fat cottage cheese, fruits.
Lunch: 1 glass of tomato juice, 100 g of boiled rice, 100 g of boiled fish, vegetables, apple.
Dinner: beef patty cooked in vegetable oil, vegetables, 50 g of boiled rice, 1 glass of tomato juice.
