TV stars diet plan
Despite the modest list of the products, the given diet is balanced on vitamin-mineral structure thanks to that you can follow such diet for long period of time. It does not cause special hunger. You also may diversify diet, but slightly: instead of eating hard boiled eggs, you can make an omelet (but without oil), and instead of meat cook fish or chicken, occasionally shrimp or liver.
- Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee or tea, 2 pieces of bread, 2 soft-boiled eggs, 3 tomatoes.
- Dinner: 250 g meat cooked without fat (in a grill), green vegetables, apple.
- Snack: coffee, two biscuits.
- Supper: same as breakfast.
