Two-day cleansing weight loss program
To make organism cleansing maximum effective, try to prepare correctly. For a few days prior to the beginning of a cleansing course limit consumption of sugar, caffeine (tea, coffee and sodas), vegetable oil, alcohol, meat and dairy products, preferre fish and salads with crude vegetables.
First day:
Right after wake up, drink a glass of water with slice of lemon. Take invigorating shower and pound your skin with towel to strengthen blood circulation. Put on the most convenient clothes. You will have lots of rest and also you will be engaged in simple physical exercises – therefore choose light comfortable clothes which do not constraining your movements.
- Breakfast
Begin day with fruit salad. Fruit stimulate work of a liver which should first participate in process by splitting the saved up stocks of toxins. - Mid-morning snack
Make a glass of fresh fruit juice or green tea. Even if you will feel very hungry, try do not eat anything extra. Limit yourself with an apple or handful of sunflower seeds.
Before a supper take a walk if possible, swim for a while in pool. This procedure will not only calm and simultaneously encourage you, but also will have favorable influence on lymphatic system.
- Supper
During days of clearing do not have supper after 6 pm so that organism had enough time for digestion. Boil a mix of vegetables and season with greens.
Before going to sleep, take weakening bath. Add sea or usual salt and essence in water. Lie down for 15-20 min so that toxins had time to get on skin surface, then get out of a bath and wrap in with a warm towel. Do not forget to drink some water before fall asleep.
Second day
AS WELL AS at first day, have glass of mineral water with a lemon after wake up. Then go take contrast shower. It stimulates blood circulation, strengthens tone of muscles and a skin. Remember, procedure always should come to an end with cold shower.
Breakfast
For a breakfast have fruit again. You can make a salad with it, or eat in “as is”.
If the feeling of weariness amplifies, do not worry, these are toxins continue to leave your organism. Simply drink more water to accelerate process, and try to fall asleep. Unpleasant symptoms will soon disappear.
Dinner
The same as and the day before, make vegetable salad.
Do some physical exercises. Try to descend in a sauna, they have good clearing effect. After all, large quantity of toxins is deduced through skin.
When back home, do not forget to drink some water and try to relax before a mid-morning snack.
Mid-morning snack
Glass of fruit juice or cup of green tea.
Supper
Prepare a mix of vegetables cooked on steam. Instead of using salt and pepper as a seasoning use rosemary or parsley. Parsley possesses diuretic effect and clears blood; rosemary improves work of liver and stimulates blood circulation.
After a supper have a rest in front of the TV or read a book. Before going to bed take one more tremendous weakening bath. Next morning you will feel absolutely rest, freshened up and got prettier.
