Unsweetened diet plan
The diet is based on consumption of natural products. The basic emphasis becomes on an exception of sugars, and also a white flour and products of it which very quickly turn to glucose in an organism. Also half-finished products and the processed products are excluded – in them there are no necessary nutrients which should be in all products consumed in food.
It is recommended to eat more fruit and vegetables, crude groats, green vegetables, bean and root crops – low-fat, natural products rich with useful substances. The set of products close to the nature will allow you to grow thin, not feeling weariness and not testing deficiency of vitamins.
Breakfast: porridge (or other porridge) on water with raisin and apple juice.
Snack: dense vegetable soup, slice of bread from a flour of a rough grinding.
Lunch: vegetable ragout from a potato, a pumpkin and carrots with brown rice or other groats (or 200 g boiled meat; the beef goulash with a garnish from vegetables; a boiled string bean with vegetables).
Dinner: apple or orange. At desire – a handful of nuts or sunflower sunflower seeds.
