Vegetables and fruit diet

- Time period: 7 days
- Result: 3-4 lbs

Alternate vegetable and fruit days.
- Vegetable day
Breakfast: a glass of any fresh vegetable juice, 4 tomatoes.
Lunch: green salad from parsley, cucumber and the cabbage, filled with vegetable oil.
Dinner: cabbage, spinach and a broccoli to stew with garlic and lemon juice addition.
- Fruit day
Breakfast: lettuce from a grapefruit, an orange, a lemon and an apple (no seasoning).
Lunch and dinner: morning salad + some chunks of a melon.
Begin and stop with the vegetable day.
