Diet is simple: during a day you eat water-melon on the basis of 2 lbs of pulp for each 20 lbs of you weight. Carefully watch your health condition: in some cases monodiet might have negative effects for your body. Do not use watermelon diet if you have kidney stones, diabetes, and pancreatic sickness.

If on second day you feel all right and you don’t have any uncomfortable feelings (such as heavy stomach, meteorism) than you good to go for all 5 days. After completing 5 day diet program and dropping about 6 lbs, you may try this type of diet for 10 days.
