White diet

- Result: 3-10 lbs
During 1 week you may drop 10 lbs.
Important! If your stomach can’t deal with dairy products, do not stick to this diet.
Diet called white because it’s based on dairy and sour products. When buying dairy products – pay attention to fat content. Optimal – not more than 2%! One more rule – don’t eat sour fruits. Allowed: apples, bananas, pears, peaches, and raisins. Before each meal recommended drinking 1 glass of water.
Breakfast: 1 glass of yogurt, 1 fruit, 1 cup of tea with honey (1 teaspoon) or coffee with milk.
Brunch: 3.5 oz of oatmeal cooked with water or fat-free milk, 4 oz of fat-free cottage cheese, 1 glass of fat-free milk.
Lunch: 1 hardboiled egg, veggie salad (cucumbers, tomatoes) seasoned with yogurt, otherwise – 3.5 oz of fat-free cottage cheese with fruits, 1 glass of buttermilk.
Dinner: 1 fruit, 1 unsweetened yogurt.
