Rice Diet
For fans of rice this diet simply a salvage. The diet base is rice, but only unrefined. Diet can be follow for minimum of 3 days, and a maximum – 2 weeks.
1st day:
Breakfast: one apple, rice (2 oz of dry grains) with a lemon pulp and several drops of a lemon juice, green or herbal tea.
Lunch: vegetable broth, salad from vegetables (5 oz), rice with greens seasoned with 1 tsp of vinegar and 1 tsp of olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with carrots and a vegetable marrow, cooked on steam.
2nd day:
Breakfast: one orange, rice with an orange pulp and 1 tsp of sour cream.
Lunch: vegetable broth with boiled vegetables and portion of rice.
Dinner: same as lunch.
3rd day:
Breakfast: one pear, rice strewed with cinnamon.
Lunch: vegetable broth, salad from cucumbers with vinegar and olive oil, rice with 5 oz of fried mushrooms on olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with the broccoli cabbage steam cooked.
4th day:
Breakfast: fruit salad with 1-2 tbsp of rice flakes, rice with milk or cream.
Lunch: vegetable broth, garden radish with leaves of green salad, rice with carrots steam cooked.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with parsley and a pinch of sunflower seeds.
5th day:
Breakfast: rice with grapes or raisin and 1 tsp of grated almonds.
Lunch: vegetable broth, rice with the greens considerable quantity, steam cooked with vegetables seasoned with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice filled with 1 tbsp of crushed walnuts, 2 tbsp of green onions and 2 tbsp of grated root of celery or parsley, spinach steam cooked.
6th day:
Breakfast: rice + 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1-2 berries of a fig and 1 pear.
Lunch: vegetable broth, rice with crude vegetables (cucumber, bell pepper), mint and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with 1-2 chopped apples, 1 tbsp of cream or sour cream and 1/2 tsp of honey.
7th day:
Breakfast: rice with chopped apple and pear, few drops of a lemon and 1 tsp of honey, 1/2 portion of yogurt.
Lunch: vegetable broth, portion of green salad, rice with 1 tomato and the green beans steam cooked.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with a vegetable marrow steam cooked, 1 tsp of unrefined olive oil, 5 olives, basil.
Between meals drink mineral water (spring water), green or herbal tea, and also fresh made juices. For coffee lovers – please stay away from it for all diet period . And the last: 3.5 oz of boiled rice contains only 109 calories so eat healthy and lose weight. Also, after you finished the diet try to eat less meat and milk, for lunch and dinner cook crude cereals (rice, grey macaroni, wheat bread and bread with bran).
